Services and Initiatives Committee

Powers of the Committee: The Committee exercises all the powers entrusted to it, including in particular:

Participate in developing the association’s strategic plan, and study, evaluate and review the proposals submitted by the executive body concerned with services, initiatives and their financial budgets, which contribute to achieving the association’s vision and mission and the objectives established based on it, in a way that enhances its presence and contributes to achieving its goal, and submits it to the Council for approval.

Ensure the implementation of services and initiatives and their effectiveness in achieving the desired goals.

Participate in preparing the association’s annual budget, and submit recommendations to the council for approval.

Reviewing the performance reports of services and initiatives in accordance with the strategic and executive plans and submitting whatever recommendations the committee deems appropriate to the Council.

Study strategic and important topics and projects that have a societal and financial impact and submit them to the Council for approval.

Reviewing services and initiatives and submitting whatever recommendations the committee deems appropriate to the Council.

Financial Resources Development Committee

Powers of the Committee: The Committee exercises all the powers entrusted to it, including in particular:

Participate in developing the association’s strategic plan, and study, evaluate and review proposals submitted by the executive body concerned with developing financial resources and budgets for discretionary fundraising costs, which contribute to achieving the vision and mission of the association and the objectives established based on it, in a way that enhances its presence and contributes to achieving its goal, and submits it to the Council for approval. .

Creating opportunities to finance services and initiatives, and activating relationships to obtain greater funding opportunities.

Ensure the implementation of the financial resources development plan and its effectiveness in achieving the desired goals.

Participate in preparing the association’s annual budget, and submit recommendations to the council for approval.

Reviewing financial resources development performance reports in accordance with the strategic and executive plans and submitting whatever recommendations the committee deems appropriate to the Council.

Study and evaluate important investment and endowment opportunities with financial impact, arrange their priorities, and submit them to the Council for approval.

Study and evaluate entities providing services for developing financial resources for the non-profit sector, and submit whatever recommendations the committee deems necessary for contracting with them to the Council.
